[Resolved] Bhashyam Developers — Got cheated by bhashyam & its marketing guys | |||||
I had very bad experience with Bhashyam Developers. Marketing guy, Mr.Ramesh Yelkicherla & his brother Srinivas took me to Bhashyam through my friend and I paid 10 lacks cheq for a corner plot and they have given agreement. After 1 year of waiting, they bluffed me saying the plot is not available asked me for other plot and when I forced for corner plot, he asked me to wait and will be given in next venture. again after 8 months of waiting again bluffed. After 2 years of wait, he didn't keep his promise and when I asked my money back, Bhashyam developer simply given 7 lacks cheq and asked me to get remaining money for that marketing guy Ramesh Yelkicherla. when we forced him, He has given 2 cheques and both got bounced.. Still struggling to get my money back it is been 3 years now..Nobody is responding .. They don't keep on their words..they simply bluff the customers and I will never buy a plot with Bhashyam developers and suggesting my friends not to buy with it Please don't believe the marketing guy Ramesh Yelkicherla & his brother Srinivas. Feb 4, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved There was communication gap among marketing people and now the issue has been cleared. I thank all the people who helped in resolving this issue.
The management has also given confidence that they are available for customer's rescue and will not leave any stone untuned to help the customers if any such incidents takes place in future Bhashyam Developers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I almost want to buy a plot with Bhashyam Developers ... After reading reviews - i am giving it up, i don't want to get into this mess, ... Thanks every for sharing your experience

My husband and I almost decided to buy a plot in platinum county, Hyderabad...but these reviews are helpful and now we don't want to buy a plot there anymore...by the way folks, currently bhashyam developers are saying that they have acquired 2 more acres of land for platinum county and so have no lp numbers for the plots in those two acres yet...but they want to us pay them 50% of the total amount in adv within ten days... so now we are extremely suspicious to move forward with this investment after having read the above reviews...
Why are you real estate guys so fraudulent...why do you people act like vampires who thrive on other's hard earned money?? Because o[censored]nethical hoaxers like you common people are losing interest to invest in India...bloody con people dont you damn forget that your land prices are increasing due to us NRIs investing in there...if we stop investing with you all, you will have no more of your bloody real estate ventures to fool people and earn easy money.
