Bhasin Honda — nightmare with bhasin honda | |||
I am your loyal and regular customer, but today i had the worst experience with bhasin honda service center. I took my two-wheeler for service, and they made the estimated bill of 3, 000 and instantly i got the doubt in my mind that they're overcharging and unnecessarily they're replacing those parts which don't require any replacement. I told them clearly that i don't want to get my two-wheeler service from here, they said: "why sir?" what is the issue? I told them you guys are charging me too much... I told them that i want to click the picture of your job sheet so that i can crosscheck with another authorized service center they rudely said, "no - not allowed" and they snatched the job sheet, and asked me to come at manager cabin. I again told them that i don't want to get my vehicle service from here, and the moment i was leaving the service center, they asked the guard to block my way and the security guard was running behind to catch me as i have looted something... I just left the service center, there is no signature done by me in the job card, they don't even do any single thing on my vehicle except investigation... I have a question that why sandeep have asked the guard to run after me... Please call me on my number i want to raise the issue. I will upload this matter to social media, please take strict action against them.
