I had paid partial amount on september 22 2018 to one of togaf's registered education provider - bhavyam infotech services pte ltd - for providing the services related to togaf certification training material and exam coupon which will help me to get the corresponding togaf certificate. This firm is also running their online training portal in the name of www.mycareercube.com and has their registered office in singapore and india as follows:

I was falsely promised by bhavyam infotech on 22nd september that they would provide me the access to the lms after partial payment of $100 and exam coupon will be provided after full payment. After partial payment, i contacted the training consultant sudhir dwivedi for the access to lms and he mentioned that access can’t be provided until i pay remaining amount. Although, he promised me to provide access after partial payment of $100. After continuous follow up he mentioned that lms access can be provided if you pay $150 more and remaining amount (Out of $495) can be paid when i want exam coupon. I can’t trust this person and organization anymore because they made false commitment. Even i am not sure whether i will get lms access even after paying $150 more. My primary intention to get access on lms and clear the certification. But they denied to provide the access so i have asked sudhir dwivedi to refund my partial amount but he denied.

I am sure that this firm is a fraudulent firm which is cheating customers by misguiding them and charging them falsely for services which they cannot provide. Also, they have no intention of refunding money.

I have to pay 120 USD and got access to LMS using existing credentials (not my credential). My credentials will be generated after I will pay remaining amount i.e. 275 USD (495 - 220).

After posting this complaint I got message from Sudhir. He asked me to pay $120 to get access on LMS. I have replied that I will pay only if I get access first but he told this is not possible. Looks like this organisation think that people are fool and pay them on their condition. I requested for refund and he told that is not possible. He also told 'do whatever you can do but refund will not provided'.

I am really feeling cheated. Please let me know what I can do.

Hi Anand, could you update if you ever got access to LMS site, was your Credentials made on the learning portal and shared.

Secondly, was the portal a good quality material for reading and preparing for exams? where the answers for Part 2 available for test practice. I am speaking out of me experience with this #fraud & #scam company, as I have paid the money for voucher and they have provided me the worse training access with crap test practice material and now say that is the best we can offer with voucher plus training material at the price you paid.
