I have made a payment to register for my PMI membership and PMP exam voucher to this company called Bhavyam Infotech Service Pte Ltd amounting USD600K. Unfortunately the company is not responding to my call and is not entertaining me after the payment has been made.
Everytime I talk to the sales agent, he says that they are looking into it.
Can you take any action against this company?...

I had paid partial amount on september 22 2018 to one of togaf's registered education provider - bhavyam infotech services pte ltd - for providing the services related to togaf certification training material and exam coupon which will help me to get the corresponding togaf certificate. I had paid a hefty amount on July 14 2018 to one of PMI's Registered Education Provider - Bhavyam Infotech Services Pte Ltd - for providing the services related to PMP recertification training material which will help me to get the corresponding PDUs.
