Bhavyam Infotech Services Pte Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I have made a payment to register for my PMI membership and PMP exam voucher to this company called Bhavyam Infotech Service Pte Ltd amounting USD600K. Unfortunately the company is not responding to my call and is not entertaining me after the payment has been made.
Everytime I talk to the sales agent, he says that they are looking into it.

Can you take any action against this company?

I had paid partial amount on september 22 2018 to one of togaf's registered education provider - bhavyam infotech services pte ltd - for providing the services related to togaf certification training material and exam coupon which will help me to get the corresponding togaf certificate. This firm is also running their online training portal in the name of www.mycareercube.com and has their registered office in singapore and india as follows:

I was falsely promised by bhavyam infotech on 22nd september that they would provide me the access to the lms after partial payment of $100 and exam coupon will be provided after full payment. After partial payment, i contacted the training consultant sudhir dwivedi for the access to lms and he mentioned that access can’t be provided until i pay remaining amount. Although, he promised me to provide access after partial payment of $100. After continuous follow up he mentioned that lms access can be provided if you pay $150 more and remaining amount (Out of $495) can be paid when i want exam coupon. I can’t trust this person and organization anymore because they made false commitment. Even i am not sure whether i will get lms access even after paying $150 more. My primary intention to get access on lms and clear the certification. But they denied to provide the access so i have asked sudhir dwivedi to refund my partial amount but he denied.

I am sure that this firm is a fraudulent firm which is cheating customers by misguiding them and charging them falsely for services which they cannot provide. Also, they have no intention of refunding money.

Resolution: need immediate fix with 75% refund

Incident: took payment of 13k to provide education classrooms but have delayed and caused extreme harrassment
