I am A/c holder of oriental bank of commerce my A/c no.Is [protected] IFSC Code is ORBC0105258. I wish to drow your kind attention that I send 2177 rupees in to another a/c A/c no. Is [protected] IFSC Code.BKID0000062 By using BHIM App on 12/04/2017 15:28 but balance did not reach in benificery account. And balance deducted from my account. transaction number[protected] When i aproach to your respective represntative he says contact to branch and i also visited at branch they are not taken any action regarding this trangection and speak contact to BHIM App customer care. That I send 2500 rupees in to other Ac. Ac. No. Is [protected].ifsc code-BKID0004862 by using Google Tez app on 6/11/2018 but balance did not reach on beneficiary Ac.
And balance deducted from my Ac.
Transaction no.[protected]
When I approach to your respective representative he says contact to branch and I also visited at branch they are not taken any action regarding this transaction and speak contact to Tez app customer care.
