Bhim App — amount debited and didn't credited to actual aadhar holder

I have done adhar payment through [protected]@npci.org.in date 04/09/2017. Reference id[protected]. The amount successfully credited but actual adhar holder didn't credited amount. I asked custemor care they told that the amount 10000 was credited to andhra bank account. They didnt tell the full details of account holder how to come back my amount.
