Bhim App — money debited from my account but not credited to my friends account

Iam Akash ramesh chukabotlawar, I have debited Rs :2300 to my friends account .upi transaction no:[protected].
Status show the transaction is still pending. Whats going on with this app ?? No proper response from customer care of BHIM .Solve the problem as soon as possible .for any further details
