Bhim App — Rs. 10,000 transferred to wrong account.

On 1st feb 2017 i transferred 10, 000 rs to some different account by mistake. I just know his address name '[protected]@upi'. Bhim reference no. Is[protected].
The canara bank is not providing the detalis of the person who got my money.
Bhim app is not giving reply.
Please help to get my money back soon.
