Bhim App — transaction successful but money not credited in beneficiary account

Sir,
I had performed a transaction of rs.1646 into beneficiary account. At beginning the trancation was pending later on the transaction was successful but the money was not credited in beneficiary account.
Cld ur help line bt they didn't take any action
Plz help me with thid issue as soon as possible
