Bhim App — Transfer not done balance deducted

Dear sir I transferred 1000 Rs by bhim app the transaction I'd is[protected], from my pnb account of which acc no is [protected] to SBI account which acc no is [protected] at 20:19 on 22-4-17. The transaction status was shown done and Rs 1000 was deducted from the above pnb account but yet the transferred amount has not been credited in the above SBI account.
Please act over the issue so that the deducted money can be credited to the account to which I transferred it or return back to the my pnb account from bhich it was deducted.
