Bhim App — Wrong deduction from account

I am A/c holder of punjab national bank my A/c no.Is[protected]
143035 IFSC Code is PUNB0620700. I wish to drow your kind attention
that I send 2500 rupees in to another a/c A/c no. Is 018 3000
[protected] IFSC Code.PUNB0018300 By useing BHIM App on 09/03/2017 but
balance did not reach in benificery accaunt. And balnce deducteed from
my accaunt. transaction number[protected]

When i aproach to your respective represntative he given advoice
contact to branch and i also visite at branch they are not taken any
action regarding this trangection and speak contact to BHIM App customer
care.

Dear Sir
Please help and take neccesary action.and Finlly solve my problem as
soon as possibe.
