Bhim Axis Pay — transaction failed but money debited

Sir i had made an upi transaction of rs.5000 to vpa address on 25/07/17 from bhim axis pay app, the transaction failed but the money has debited from my account. On 26/07/17 i had raised a query on the app but till date no progress has happened, i had made a complaint on google play store in response they asked the reference id but no progress has been done.
Below i have shared the screenshot from the app.
So please look after the issue and help to get my money back.
