transaction is completed bus recharge has not done

I done recharge by using bhim axis pay app of rs. 99 in [protected] of bsnl company at time 18:19:51,
Transaction completed balance deducted but recharge not done

I did a jio number recharge of rs 399/- through bhim axis pay. The app is showing transaction successful but no recharge has been done on jio number and amount has been debited from my account. I confirmed from jio customer care that no recharge is showing up in their system as well.

Transaction id[protected]

Refund the amount asap or i am gonna have to take this matter to consumer court....

Sir. I send money boi to axis 1000 rupees.. Platform your bhim axisapp. Date was 11 june. But transaction was successful. Boi gave me a sms your transaction has successful. But not showing 1000 rupees on axis bank.. I have a screen shot on that transaction. And available me ref number. Sir today i asked boi branch about this transaction. regarding refund of recharge amount rs.399 from axis pay

Dear sir/madam,
I had done recharge on my jio number [protected] of Rs.399 on 5.01.2018 at 12:39AM from BHIM Axis Pay App.The recharge amount has been deducted from my account but still the recharge on my jio number is not done.
I have also contacted jio operator about this matter but they told that no transaction is showing at that time and they didnot got their payment via axis pay upi .
I have upi reference number...

Sir i had made an upi transaction of rs.5000 to vpa address on 25/07/17 from bhim axis pay app, the transaction failed but the money has debited from my account. On 26/07/17 i had raised a query on the app but till date no progress has happened, i had made a complaint on google play store in response they asked the reference id but no progress has been done.
