BHIM — money transfer failed but the amount is deducted from the account

My name is Prakash Aryan nd My BOI Account no is [protected] nd registered mobile number is [protected], I transferred 2200 rupees to another account and the amount is deducted from my account bt it doesn't added to beneficiary account no.-[protected]
