[Resolved]  BHIM — refund not received after 10 days

I was trying to recharge my phone number (Vodafone) but the recharge was denied and at the same time my money was deducted and I did not receive any refund for the same . This thing took place on 16th. of April, 2020. and moreover I want my money back. Being cheated from such a trusted company is just next to a nightmare.
