[Resolved]  BHIM — payment is done my account ,but transaction is failed

I have make payment through mobile banking upi, payment is done, but transaction is failed, is showing the error (Your transactions is in process. Kindly wait for 2 working days to raise any complaint in case of any issue)

In transaction it's showing refund is done on 2 working days, but as on date payment is not received to my bank. I check my bank statement also.

I have also given the beneficiary account statement on date 9 oct 2017 to till date,

I have recharged JIO by using BHIM. the amount has been deducted but the recharged has not been able to proceesed. so kindly look into the matter.
