Bhima Jewellers — Cheating in name of gold saving scheme

Bhima Jewellers have no accountability on the money collected based on their scheme
They are not able to produce a receipt. Even on repeated calls and visits they have deaf ears now that the money is with them
. Reasons for not maintaining accounts looks to Corona and office renovation which cannot be in terms money collected from customers and of course YES bank they are blaming. Not sure how to get this sorted. They are quite rude and fearsome inside their premises.. look like they have employed local rowdies to manage their money. Any suggestions on getting my money back is appreciated please
