We had a very bitter experience in this store this evening, first thing is today's gold rate in every other store in Bangalore is 5500 but here it's 5518, 2nd thing, every floor has more than 10 staff but no proper receiving, no smile at all, I asked the executive why is he so serious then he smiled once, 3rd thing, 2 staff members are standing just behind us and one of them is standing very close to my wife, not sure if they doubt the customer so want to monitor or taking advantage with women in the name of security/monitoring, I gave him a class and complained at the reception then moved out of the store. With this experience we understood the quality of service in Bhima and put it in our blacklist so we will never ever step into their store again. Was this information helpful? |
