Can i exchane kurti which one is very large in size. Before five day i had purchase a medium size kurti which one is short for me den i exchange today another kurti in large size sristhi brand both are same brand but different pattern. This one is to large too muchh difference in both kurtis can i exchane it again really i am disappointed now

Just now I got a call from big bazaar customer care . He told me our courier boy will come and take you product and ur maney is added in ur bank account . Then he ask for bank account details . Why u sone send money in future pay waylett ? Please tell me as soon as possible . That person call me by this no - [protected]

    I have gone to big bazar alcove gloria, kolkata location to buy my groceries on 3rd august, 2019.
    While purchasing 5 kg golden harvest atta i have seen on the board that its price is written rs.132/-.
    But after billing i found out that it has been charged rs.143/- in bill.
    Tax invoice no. Is [protected].

    Could you please let me know why you give false billing in your board?
    Why dont you keep the exact price in the board.
    This is one type of cheating.
    We purchase the product after seeing the price and while billing we are charged with another price, is this the service you provide by cheating the customers.

    I am very old customers of big bazaar food bazzar, but this time i am very much disheartened with your this type of service.

        I have been charged twice. First i tried paying using my debit card, the cashier told me that payment has failed as asked me if i could pay using paytm. But when i reached home i found that payment has been debited from my bank account also. I tried contacting big bazaar customer care they said that they cannot help me in this matter.

              I have ordered a 2 door wadrobe in last year july (2018) as their Anniversary gift. As i checked the condition of wadrobe, it is completely spoiled with small holes forming a big hole in the cupboard lower part. Since it is not visible outside, we did not observe. but when it started spreading towards the sides, we raised a complaint to hometown (within warranty period).
              We received response from hometown saying that they did not give approval for replacement or refund. Also, she said that I didn't inform at the starting stage.My point is " how many times will you check underneath your wadrobe". I have many wooden items in my house. Why the fungus only for one wadrobe.
              their technicians have visited twice to our home. Once they have taken pictures and went. They said at least they will repair. when the other technician came, he said neither refund nor replacement nor refund can be possible.
              Though we raised a complaint under warranty, there is no use. Hometown has the worst customer care service. Attaching the order ID and images of the wadrobe. See this, open your eyes and do not purchase anything from HomeTown

                I have bought a induction cook top from big bazzar (Pigeon brand). It was worked only inside the shop. When i come and turned on the stove sensor is completely not working. If i go back to big bazar they are sending me out without any proper reason. If i call to customer care from pigeon no one is responding. They are saying the technician will come. Again and again they are repeating the same. Please avoid buying products like this in big bazar. Also poor service from pigeon.

                  This is to notify you that your product golden harvest urad dal is highly adulterated. It is polished to such an extent that you will get to see a new colour of dal after soaking it bit longer than usual.

                  Being a very loyal customer to bigbazar, we have been using this product from around one year and after today's incident i am wondering how much harm this product had already done to our health.

                          Went to big bazaar located in express avenue chennai
                          Totally unsatisfied with the customer service in that store this is not the first time
                          If they are not willing to give any offer better it’s not displayed rather than insulting customers
                          This time i was at this place around 8.05 p. M right in the entrance there was a trolley with bunch of products advertised as offer products wen v wer abt to bill for wich the queue we waited tuk about 15mins just to know the offer was expired (And it took around 15-20mins for the staff working in the customer desk to tell this)
                          This isn’t really fair it maybe an excuse if i was shopping there early in the morning, the day was abt to end and the staffs weren’t even aware whether such things exist n they dint even care to remove it until we said.
                          With all the exhaustion wen i was about to finish shopping groceries ended up getting literally nothing
                          Bcoz the billing queues wer so much crowded wasn’t ready for the second round this is not how a customer is to be treated you are not giving anything free of cost so better ask your staffs to atleast resolve the issues asap
                          Worst experience
                          Definitely not gonna go to that place again or recommend anyone to visit too
                          Nothin worth other than waste of time

                            This is about the Muzaffarpur outlet. Had ti queue up for 30 minutes, but the criwd was mismanaged. Store staff was disrespectful to women and did not help. Store was missing, I was told that it is his off day and then I was told, he is yet to be recruited. In fact, when I asked for the complain book to register my complaint, the guy refused to give me the book and said that I should call up Customer Care. Dear @BigBazaar, please educate your staff and teach them not to take customers for granted.

                              It was mentioned on the display board that one nail paint is free with 2 nail paints.
                              All three were priced and no discount given, i talked to customer care desk also but even waiting for more than 45 minutes i could not get satisfactory answer and money amounting to rs 70/- was not refunded for 3rd nail paint

                                I had purchased huggies monthly pack diaper from big bazaar, located at bharat mall mangalore on[protected]. After using 1 diaper, i found the product was defective and so, i visited big bazar on[protected] to exchange. But the customer care cell refused to do so and asked me to complaint the complany itself. When i asked them to forward my written complaint to the complany, they again refused to do so. I could understand that after opening the pack, i couldnot exchange. But they didnot have any courtersy to receive my complaint and forward it. But insisted myself to complaint. Being the regular customer of big bazar, i was very much disappointed with thus type of system. I would suggest that big bazaar being a merchant between customer and company, if any complaint received in future, to react to it and forward it to the company.

                                Hello

                                In lockdown period I am unable to use my gift card voucher and it's expired. Lockdown relaxation announced on 7th September I went big Bazaar ( Vadapalani) they said gift card expired and they said to requesting gift card extend the validity.

                                I send mail on 12th September not getting any resolved mail till now. Daily I big Bazaar customer care executive they said you will get response within 48 hours but I didn't get any response.

I hold a futurewallet since 2018 and never miss or bounce any official offers and deal from big BAZAR but from last month june-july my nearby big bazar has closed due to govt policy reason So my that time Plz refund my money /wallet bal in my [protected] linked acc
                                  I am from Gurgaon and my parents living in Ambala . Today I visited big bazaar Zirakpur, here head cashier of store Samual refuse to make my bill due to reason that you are vendor and I have 2 piece of 6 type of grocery . He misbehave with me so I request you to please take necessary action against him.

                                    On 24th jan 2018, i have purchased 67cm trolley bag of skybag from bigbazaar
                                    Now just after 18 month, it got damaged.
                                    So we went to big bazaar in dlf mall of india asking for exchange of this damaged item.
                                    Since i have misplaced the warranty card of this trolley, we asked them to check out the duplicate bill in their database.
                                    But the executive told that it is not possible to get the bill of any purchase if it is older than 1 month.
                                    This is very very surprising. If this is true, then we should better be doing all the shopping from lifestyle.
                                    Big bazaar is keeping track record of all the purchases we have done with them.
                                    They always ask for payback number and mobile number while payment.
                                    Howcome it is possible that they dont have any record of this transaction done on 24th jan 2018. Is it possible to get the duplicate bill so i can get this replaced.

                                    I am a vendor from Ranchi Jharkhand.my outstanding amount is pending.Given time as on PO has been over 30 days but nobody responding.just giving slogan of next week only.last six month they are not making payment on time.

                                      I was not informed about paytm 8% discount on big bazaar bill. I incurred a loss of around 300 rs because of carelessness of big bazaar staff. My bill was of approx 3600/-. When i asked myself about any offers by paytm, then he told me about paytm discount and i was purchasing the coupon but he didn't let me do so saying the other people are waiting in the queue so i should pay him directly. I am very disappointed and my loss should be rectified by big bazaar only.

                                        Easy day club (Future group retail unit) has been pathetic. Last year they sold their membership at inr 999/- with certain promises. Not a single one is fulfilled by them. Their staffs are rude & unprofessional. Their staffs don't have any product & service knowledge. Their "home delivery" is a disaster. And they charge for carry bags which is illegal.

                                        Last evening i purchased mushrooms & baby corns (2 units each) and asked them to deliver at home, which is at stone throwing distance from their store. And i paid for the purchase. Yet, they didn't deliver it.

                                        While complaining about their service laps, an arrogant lady at the store literally told me "your membership wasn't made by me"
