Poor Service

Aluminium windows took 90 days to get delivered. Complete material was not delivered even after 90 days of waiting. They took another 25 days to get the material. Again material was short. Its been 4 months post 100%payment and the site has not been delivered yet.

Fenesta just take 100% payment in advance and cannot meet their conditions. Suggest not to choose fenesta. There are many other brands available with better service....

The below is regarding active Complaint#397044 currently being handled by the senior management team at Fenesta. I am forced to write here as there has been no update on the matter since escalation.

I had placed an order for a sliding door for my kitchen utility with Fenesta on 1-Dec-2023. Site Survey was completed on 7-Dec-2022. Product was finally delivered to me on 4-Feb-2023 after repeated follow ups via complaint number 392216. When the product was delivered, the dimensions were not matching with the dimensions shared with me on 1-Dec-2022 via the quotation. No communication was made to me stating the actual site dimensions on 7-Dec-2022. I have been following up repeatedly since 4-Feb-2023 and Fenesta executive is suggesting to install the product which has a basic design flaw that the height of the door is less than the height of an average person. Fenesta shared a quote with incorrect dimensions and went ahead for production of the product with new dimensions without my sign off.

Attaching all correspondence with Fenesta team till date. I have paid in full on 1-Dec-2022 and till now the product is not installed on site and Fenesta is just dragging its feet and not accepting a fault at their end and rectifying the mistake and not even taking a decision. The daily response is that someone will get back to you.

Finally on 15-FEB-2023, after repeated follow-ups, I received a call from Senior management folks accepting that the mistake was from Fenesta end that they did not explain the dimensions or take a sign off from me before going into Production. At their request, I accepted to review new design proposals from Fenesta. That was my biggest mistake. None of the new designs are meeting my requirements. And now Fenesta is not agreeing to refund my money. I am following up to escalate and get my money back. Every interaction takes 24-48 hours for a revert. I have to call up Customer Care to even get a response from the folks working on the escalation. Now around 90000 is stuck with Fenesta and they are going back on their word

    We visited the Fenesta main office in Gurgaon last week to check out their UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows. Their customer facing agent (Karan Sharma) advised us that one of their Fenesta’s agent will contact us within a day for a home visit to give us a quote on our selections. We have followed up several times ever since and no one from Fenesta has bothered to return a call back to us. I am sorry to say but Fenesta needs to bring their best customer facing agents who are the face of their company and get rid of the ones who bring no good to their company’s core values. It is not only rude but disappointing that the company does not care about their customers. You’ve lost a customer and many more (who read this review)!

      My contractor had ordered for Pull Down Mesh system for 4 bathroom ventilators and I had shown and shared the photoes also while placing the order besides other door and windows from Fenesta but, the altogether different item has been supplied by the said SG Enterises, Dehradun .
      I was following it up throught with the dealer executives naming Mr Yash and Sumit Singh and always they promised me that the same items would be supplied which I had shown to them and ordered for.
      This is the breach of trust by the Supplier and the company. Now they are clueless and blaming each other.
      I have given a note in the installation note also on this but no action has yet been communicated yet.
      Pl initiate action against the said supplier who has employed such people who are lacking trust and immediately REPLACE with Pull Down Mesh fittings.
      Please do it immediately else, I will be forced to knock the doors of Comsumer Court for redressal of my grievance.

          They were extremely prompt with their sight visits, product information and delivering the drawings. Promised time of delivery was 45 days.

          You make a booking payment and then a 50 percent advance after the final survey and all along you are promised a 45 day delivery time.

          You have already paid up a decent amount and then you just end up running from pillar to post trying to get hold of the sales team, to the customer care and in my case, even the regional head.

          It has been more than 3 months and I still being promised that my order will be delivered 'soon'

          Extremely frustrating when for months you are just left hanging waiting for your project to complete. Very unproffesional since at this point I have learnt the hard way that empty promises are made just so that they can grab the order.

          My windows were to come in two shifts. The first one arrived almost after 3 months of payment. Some of the windows have some technical issues and they are to be resolved when my next lot comes, which is just endlessly getting delayed since I am just not being given a clear picture by anyone from the Fenesta Team as to where my order is.

          So yes, I'm stuck with them with full payment made for the windows that have arrived, a marginal amount is to be paid when my next lot is dispatched and they trying to club together the repair of my windows with the delivery of the remaining windows is just a big whole mess.

          This was a large order and a company that claims to be the best in India is really falling behind in keeping it's name. Here I am tired of calling and messaging and asking the same thing again and again.

            It’s not solved. I need a permanent solution. I was informed several time your technical staff but he is always give me false commitment. Please do the needful asap to fix the issue.

                We have villa type windows installed and the mesh has come out... In fact it has come out many times... Request for a permanent solution for the same.

                  This complaint is against Fenesta team and Esscon as they kept me in dark and did not place the order even after conducting the final site survey on 10th March 2022. My reminders to both the parties went unnoticed and without any response. It has been more than 30 days since I made the first payment.
                  Since my order has not been placed yet I am not sure when the actual installation will take place. I need a complete refund of money else I will have to file a complaint against Fenesta and seek compensation for deficient services and this money fraud.

                    The Finesta team in Dehradun are fooling around with customers with their commitments of dates, service and quality. They have no sense of responsibility.
                    You can keep chasing them and they don’t respond. Take wrong orders and put the blame and cost on customers.

                        Dear Sir,
                        It has been almost 1.5 years since we have installed Fenesta in our new house... Till date we must have changed almost 10 meshes for our villa windows, I must say that no doubt the quality o[censored]pvc, hardware, etc... Used I the window is excellent, incomparable with any other window manufacturer... But I am totally disappointed with the quality of mesh used for these windows, since it just tears on cleaning the windows just a couple of times... I wanted to bring this to your notice as I want a permanent solution for this mesh problem... Mostly replacing with better quality and durable meshes...

                            Dear Team Fenesta
                            I regret to inform you that the installation of the windows with the above reference no is being partially stalled. The window handles have been mal positioned due to a blunder committed by the site engineer who failed to notice the grill design.
                            An attempt has been made to install the windows in a fashion that is both unaesthetic and highly impractical.
                            I tried to discuss this and offered some solutions as well. However, the engineer is not ready for either accepting responsibility or to solve the issues. This is very unbefitting of a company like Fenesta and is extremely disappointing.
                            I tried calling your toll free number- however there is no response.
                            Kindly call me in person on my phone number as per your records
                            for complete details. I hope someone responsible will reach out to me from your end.

                              Fenesta doors quality is good but there service is worst. So i suggest to people don't buy this item. Because of worst service it becomes headache for you. Because we can't repair it from local carpenters, this doors needs there special trained workers.

                                I had placed the order with payment for Aluminium doors and windows on 25th Sept. This order was cancelled from one of fenesta's competitors and then placed on fenesta only due to the delivery time. competitors of fenesta kept telling me that their delivery timelines keep slipping as nobody takes ownership and they give wrong committments to get the order. I had a written committment that delivery would be in the first week of Nov but maximum 15h Nov. Hence I cancelled the order to someone else and placed on fenesta. Its very critical that i get delivery on time before 15th Nov - after following up a lot to ensure someone is on top of it, I was told today that due to some shipment delay delivery may be impacted and delivered in december end. Thsi was blamed on the lethargy by fenesta supply chain from fenesta officials. Someone needs to be on top of this to ensure my delivery - the written committment is adhered else would clearly not be acceptable. Please help.

                                  Defective piece delivered and refusing to replace even with warranty

                                  Purchased Fenesta mesh doors from Green Homes Fenesta, Attapur about a month or two ago. Right on day one we have reported two problems, one damaged mesh and one wrong frame. Mesh was replaced but door is not. They are not addressing our calls and keep denying. Now there are more places where mesh is damaged and rubber casing has also come out. Still no reponse.
                                  This is CHEATING....
