Worst service arrogant staff and no timely completion of work.
Hemant the dealer at goregaon oren branch is arrogant n insisted on full payment. He took one month to complete my work after the initial payment advance. After a month he comes with tempo and insist i pay the full amount in cash to driver. Only then he wud unload my trolleys. Thereafter it has taken him two weeks to install the trolleyes. He has left my kitchen work undone...

I have made oren modular kitchen from oren-vapi with 2 years warranty! It's been a year and 6months we are calling the concerned person but as he told that they have closed their franchisee we are hassled with the query we have got with the modular kitchen we have made from oren! After a few hours of water leakage the wood of the cabinet was swollen and the laminate peeled off.

WE HAD PURCHASED A SOFA SET WORTH RS 30000/- 4-5 MONTHS BACK. I DID THE PAYMENT THRO MY CREDIT CARD.
