Worst service arrogant staff and no timely completion of work.
Hemant the dealer at goregaon oren branch is arrogant n insisted on full payment. He took one month to complete my work after the initial payment advance. After a month he comes with tempo and insist i pay the full amount in cash to driver. Only then he wud unload my trolleys. Thereafter it has taken him two weeks to install the trolleyes. He has left my kitchen work undone with the excuse trolley not available. How can he take full advance and leave my kitchen in a mess. Horrible service bad quality of material n bad service

    On 12.02.2019, i made a purchase amounting to us$4.06 and while checking out this payment o[censored]s$4.06, i got a message on website itself that payment is received and your order is confirmed. But i got a message from hdfc card that you have spent rs. 7527.97 on my card. Surprisingly, i did not get otp which i always get on my mobile while doing credit card transactions. My order number given to me is 195623 and instead o[censored]s$4.06 it was for us$159.80.

      Hi,
      I have made oren modular kitchen from oren-vapi with 2 years warranty! It's been a year and 6months we are calling the concerned person but as he told that they have closed their franchisee we are hassled with the query we have got with the modular kitchen we have made from oren! The parts of the modular kitchen are getting rusted and we need to lodge a complaint but there are no concerned working contact numbers on the website even! Request you to help!         Pathetic After Sales Service
        Advise to New Buyers, they will give good service only till you pay money to them. After that service is miserable.
        I have registered complaint with The Folios, Sanapada to Ms. Bijal and later Folios, Kharghar To Ms. Bijal to attend the issues of Misalignment and Sunmica pilled off as well as hinges problem. But it's still not attended after 2 years of reporting complaint continuously. Also we are not getting any response on phone or Watsup messages sent. photos repeatedly shared with Ms. Bijal already on her request but without any action. We are very unhappy with the Services given by them.

          We visited Oren in R Mall Thane for modular kitchen. Somebody called Jignesh visited our flat and took the measurements. He confirmed that by 5pm next day the ppt would be emailed to us and we could discuss and finalize the plan with him at 7pm. We visited the Oren office at 6pm - no ppt was mailed and no plan was ready by then. He made some rubbish stories and said he would definitely mail us the design by 4pm next day. We called him 3-4 times since morning, no design has come till 6pm now. There is not a single call since morning from their end. Such a horrible experience. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. The staff sitting there is half sleepy and do not have basic details of catalouge and price. Jignesh is a liar and thinks sitting and smiling would give him his salary. I wonder how Oren is still surviving with such useless work force. Ridiculous !!! Most horrible vendor - it is far better to go with any good local carpenter than such sugar coated but useless brands like OREN... they only charge money from you, in return you get harassed and waste your time and energy.

            Oren kitchen is the worst. The kharghar dealer Mrs. Bijal is not answering my calls after making full payment. I personally went to little world mall and this lady has confirmed that she will not answer my calls. Dealers job is only to collect money anand I need to talk to Oren kitchen or the Carpenters for any complaints. After paying more than one lakh rupees this is the service offered by Oren kitchen. I am completely annoyed with their lies. The dealer is very arrogant. Even the staff working their is being harrased. I want a reply from Oren kitchen where should customers go for registering a complaint??

              I had booked my kitchen from little world mall kharghar and was promised the complete installation by November 5, 2014. I had to call the person incharge for more than 3 times a day. My phone was never answered at one go. Till now few things are pending. Also I have not yet received the warranty card. I request you not to go for Oren kitchen. Regards

                1) We visited the showroom for details in the month of April 2013, were attended by showroom incharge Shilpi and the executive Rohit at the pune showroom. Both of them are the most arrogant people ever!!! 2) We requested for the home visit to be conducted, this was not taken seriously and we had to make numerous calls for the same, attitude of Ms Shilpi was so casual as though an obligation has been done on us. 3) We made numerous visits to the showroom for the details and structuring of the kitchen taking our contractor along so that there would be no errors 4) After so much follow ups and visits we were told that the final measurement would be taken post confirming of the order, hence our order was placed on 2nd July 2013. 5) For the final measurement Ms Shilpi and Saransh were to visit our home, committed time was 11am and both did not show up till 1pm. After hundreds of calls to both of them, they finally came after 2 vagabonding the whole town. Code of conduct while taking measurements was as though both have come for a date, smiling at each other and engrossed in their own sweet talks 6) It was very evident from their behavior that none of them were interested in their work nor taking measurements 7) We were told that the order would be processed and installation would happen latest by 4th Aug 2013 8) As customers we started asking for our order status by end of July to Shilpi and Saransh. Both of them patently lied by saying its in control and the installation would happen at the given time. 9) Saransh suddenly dissappeared out of the scene citing reasons that he is at his hometown for personal reasons and we were asked to speak to the most pathetic lady of Oren called Shilpi, we called her for updates to which her reverts were, "mujhe kya pata kahaa hai" "main thodhi factory main banati hun" to such answers any customer would get agitated, we told her that its none of our bussiness and since she represents the company, its her job to inform us about the status, to this she reverted, " aap mujh se aaise baat karoge, toh main aap se baat nahi karna chahti" 10) On contacting Saransh, his attitude was no less, hence we had to get in touch with someone next in order and both this horrible characters told us to speak to Mr Kiran who claimed he belongs to the owner's family 11) This person showed lot of enthusiasm as if he would be able to help us and he was as horrible as those two heads!!!. Our order was processed by him and was delivered on 17th Aug 2013. To our horror the entire order placed was wrong with incorrect measurements 12) We were told on 19th Aug that the corrected order would come latest by 23rd and installation would take place, we came to know from him that Shilpi had not placed our order on time and whatever was placed was done with incorrect measurements. 13) Kiran has switched off his cell and is absconding, we spoke to Nahid from their corporate office, everytime we are given casual answers, 14) After that till this date we are chasing them for our completion, we must have called them 1000 times till now and there is no response what so ever. No one bothers to call us back and neither is there any responsible person in this whole organisation 15) They have even taken Rs 10000 as installation charges. 16) This is the 3rd time wrong material has come, Rohit thier executive in the showroom has the audacity to give answers like "mera kuch lena dena nahi hai" " jo karna hai woh karo" 17) Its been 2 mnths now and yet the completion has not been done This is the most horrible experience we have had with anyone till date. We are not able to set our house because of which all our other work has been hampered. This is the most horrible company in terms of quality, sales, customer support and everything. Its our strong request that some strict action should be taken against them for the mental harassment and the financial loss we have faced due to their negligence and casual approach.

                  I bought a modular kitchen from Oren Kitchen world at Oberoi Mall, Mumbai.
                  After a few hours of water leakage the wood of the cabinet was swollen and the laminate peeled off.
                  They sent a carpenter immediately but did not follow up. It is now one month since the complaint and they have never contacted me on their own.
                  I have spoken with Sayyad, Sapna and tried to talk to Sagar.
                  They have promised RO fix it tomorrow, and were to phone me today to fix time.
                  But no phone so far (now 4pm)

                  Non water proof wood and non existent after sales service .
                  Be cautioned about this.

                  Inspire of promising to phone yesterday, the Oren Kitchen manager at Oberoi Mall Goregaon, hasn't responded. Now over one month since the wood of a newly installed kitchen has got spoilt and Formica has peeled off.

                    I, Sanjay Balodi, a resident of Rutu towers, Thane had booked a modular kitchen fitting at my residence in the month of March 11 and subsequently made the payments for the work to be done within the month of Apr 11 first week- I paid 50% advance on day 1, and the balance on subsequent dates as confirmed by your representatives at Thane RMall- outlet (Names of Representatives - Leena and Shweta-)

                    I have the following issues that need a resolution failing which i will be constrained to initiate action both against the company and its representatives that i have been interacting with.

                    1) Delay in deployment of the modular kitchen work- Over 50 days while the committed time was 10-12 days.
                    2) Misguidance and mis- selling during the initial sign up time. (Wrong design and color combination provided while altogether another has been partly implemented).
                    3) Receipts not provided for the payments till date. ( Reference of such wrong doings are available on consumer court complaints logged against them earlier)
                    4) Total booking in the name of Oren Kitchen however, part payments being asked to be made to "Parmar Kitchen works", thereby deliberately not taking total responsibility of work.
                    5) No information/communication given on reason for delay during any of the stages from booking to partial installation.
                    6) Damages caused to the kitchen while doing the partial installation work. ( Paint and tiles damaged in the process)
                    7) Wrong color combination of the cabinets that have been provided.
                    8) Incomplete material supply and deployment of the kitchen. (Currently left in as is status for over 10 days)
                    9) Avoiding of phone calls and giving false commitments and information all through. (Details of which are available with me as evidence)

                    I have given the details on this over my multiple phone calls to your representatives named below in the last 10 days but all have only been passing the buck or giving excuses and false information and cheating.

This will mean a complete refund of the money paid to you by me towards the job along with interest.

                    Please note you and your above named will be held responsible for any legal actions and consequences and costs that are initiated by me on account of the above points.

                    I am having exactly the same problems with the Oren kitchen, r mall, godhbuder road, thane- delay, lack of communication and response, lying, no bills given for part of the amount, wrong Color and design from what was discussed and confirmed.

                    I am an architect, Mrs. Vinaya S. Pandit based in Andheri.This is regarding the kitchen order given to Oren by my clients Mrs. Bhat of Marol maroshi road, andheri-e. The amount given by you to the architects is after deducting the TDS amount. So it be. But your admin department is so careless that inspite of the end date of paying the income tax, i.e. 31st july, your staff havent done the needful. And inspite of asking for the soft copy of the same which i have to send it to my CA, non of your goregaon staff is helping me for the same. This project was delt by Ms. Ichha and mr. sagar who has already left your firm. So I was left with no choice to speak to Ms. Nahir, Mr. Gurdeep and Mr. Tanush from the same office of goregaon.Ms. Nahir has helped me by the amount deducted as TDS but till today I hvent received the soft copy of the TDS statement which I have to forward it to my CA. And upon discussing this issue which was going from 28th july till date, Mr. Gurdeep is kepping on saying that he cannot help me with any thing and Mr. Tanush agreed and supported me to lodge a complaint on the web site which was a terrible shock to me.
                    I am so shocked that Your esteemed company has such a worst staff who dont show any response towards the complaints given by the clients inspite of so many projects from our end. This too bad on your part. I shall definetely not think of giving you any more projects in future if same keeps going. And incase I dont receive the statement within a day or so, and if my TDS amount is again deducted by the IT department, I shall be forced to recollect the same deducted amount from your end. so I personally request you to do not force me to approch the consumer forum and the whole of our architects group for the same.
                    I hope you shall do the needfull.
                    Incase, I would have got a good response from your staff, especially Mr.TANUSH, then i wouldnt have lodged this complaint.

                    We had booked for a modular kitchen around a month back paying 50% of the total amount.

                    Earlier Afsha (Sales person at the store) was handling the order but she didn't turn up for 2 weeks she quit.

                    After complaining 3-4 times, another sales person was appointed by the person at the central office, Ms. Nahid. She appointed Mukesh to handle our case. Post this, we booked the same by paying the money to Manoj (at the store). This was during the 1st week of December and we were told that it would take 21 days to complete installation at our place.

                    After several follow-ups with Mukesh, we were confirmed that the products were being delivered on 28 Dec 2013 and installation would happen in 3 days, ie; 29-31 Dec 2013. I have smss sent by him (We also received a message from him stating the stuff is already on its way). I kept waiting at home the entire day for the delivery but in vain. Neither the product reached me nor is Mukesh available over phone.

                    When I called up the Ghatkopar unit (from where I had booked the product), the person informed me that the system didn't show anything about the order being forwarded to the plant although my payment was reflecting. I even called up Ms. Nahid (at HO) but even she denied any support as it was 6pm and asked me to wait till Monday.

                    On Sunday, I went to the unit but they did not share details of the MD or their directors. In fact, they wanted to tell us that we had booked the product with Mukesh and he was responsible for whatever had happened. After some amount of shouting, I was taken on conference call with Manoj and Nahid. I was told that I would either get the kitchen done within 7 days or I would get my money back and I was supposed to get a call from them by 4pm for the resolution. Nothing happened and I had to call up Nahid at 5pm. I was told that they are yet to decide on this but the kitchen would be done in 15 days time.

                    I really fail to understand how can the service be so lousy. They are not bothered about customer's money.

                    I feel that we have been cheated and the company is sitting idle. I even don't have faith in this organisation even if they are ready to prepare the kitchen now. It has been 1.5 months already that I have been waiting and I am also not sure about the material that they would use against what was promised to me (since according to them Mukesh has stolen the money and I am sure that they won't want to make more losses).

                    The customer care and the factory number keeps ringing but nobody takes the call as well.

                      WE HAD PURCHASED A SOFA SET WORTH RS 30000/- 4-5 MONTHS BACK. I DID THE PAYMENT THRO MY CREDIT CARD. WE SELECTED A PARTICULAR TYPE OF SOFA SET AT THE COMPANY`S SHOW ROOM AT KANDIVALI ( SALES PAERSON MR RISHIKESH). AFTER A FEW DAYS THE SOFA SET DELIVERED TO US WAS OF A DIFFERENT TYPE AND WAS ALSO DAMAGED. SO I CALLED THE SHOWROOM AND HE SENT THE BOOKED MODEL LATER, BUT THE CUSHIONS ACCOMPANING THE SOFA WERE OF VERY BAD QUALITY. THEY JUST DROOP DOWN AND THE WHOLE SET LOOKS SHABBY. I AGAIN COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME TO THE SHOWROOM ON PHONE AND ALSO SENT MAILS. THEY JUST KEEP ON PROMISING THAT THE CUSHION WILL BE CHANGED, BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TO MY RESIDENCE TO INSPECT THE SOFA. NOR THE COMPANY HAS SENT ME THE BILL FOR MY PURCHASE.

                      ALSO I CAM TO KNOW THAT OREN IS CLOSING DOWN THEIR FURNITURE SECTION. SO NOW I AM NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING ONLY THE CUSHION CHANGED, BUT I WOULD PREFER GETTING THE REFUND.

                      SO PL INTO THIS MATTER AT YOUR EARLIEST.

                        My kitchen was installed by Oren in Dec 2009. I paid the full amount via cheque.. for which they are refusing to give the bill...
                        I had booke the kitchen with 304 stainless steel baskets with lifetime guarantee, which they told me will never rust. But still, 2 baskets have caught lots of rust. For the past 4 months, they are harassing me by not replacing the baskets. Mr.Tushar Veena, with whom I was co ordinating stopped answering my calls about 3 months ago. Ms.Ajita, Mr.Gurdeep, Mr.Rishi and Mr.Narendra make repeated promises to replace the basket, but so far they must have missed around 15 deadlines. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM OREN KITCHEN.

                          I have placed an Order for Modular Kitchen in the month of May 2010 at their store in Oberoi Mall which was scheduled to be completed by 28th May 2010)i.e 15 days from the date of Order. Considering the same I had planned for House Warming on 29th May 2010. Since no work had started by 24th May 2010, I had asked them to cancel the order but on their request as well as written confirmation that the same will be done by 27th, I had gone ahead and made the balance payment for start of the work. Inspite of that, they were sending only one carpenter for completing the work plus he went on leave for one day. Finally after doing lot of hungama and fighting at their Head Office, Kitchen got completed only on 3rd June 2010. They was no supervisor who had come for the supervision and no body handed over the completed kitchen to me.

                          They were few adjustment problems which was done after a follow up of 3 Months

                          Since then I have been following up for the Bill for the Kitchen & Chimney whcih has not been provided till date.

                          The person their are very unprofessional and their commitment has got no value. They will never get back to any of your query inspite of commiting for the reponse.

                          I have been frustrated of doing so much of follow up,
                          I want a full refund of my payment.

                          I had booke the kitchen with 304 stainless steel baskets with lifetime guarantee, which they told me will never rust. But still, 2 baskets have caught lots of rust. For the past 4 months, they are harassing me by not replacing the baskets. Mr.Tushar Veena, with whom I was co ordinating stopped answering my calls about 3 months ago. Ms.Ajita, Mr.Gurdeep, Mr.Rishi and Mr.Narendra make repeated promises to replace the basket, but so far they must have missed around 15 deadlines. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM OREN KITCHEN.

                            I had a kitchen made in Jan 2010 with lifetime warranty guaranteed. The kitchen was made on schedule entire payment given. The service thereafter has been extremely poor. I have been following up for getting my warranty card since last 6 months but in vain. The final inspection and small issues are still pending.

                            they have been expanding rapidly across city with no regard to service for their customers. The staff is poorly trained and always come up with excuses.

                            I want my warranty on the kitchen...as promised

I have been following up for getting my 1 unit removed to get cooking gas fitted there but in vain. Now it has been 15 days no response from them just giving excuses daily.

                            i booked mine in Mar11 and is yet to be installed. I have done this from Thane R Mall outlet, and they have been taking me for a ride. thye have spoilt the whole decor and have also done a shoddy job. No one answers their phones. Now their email ids are bouncing. The website doesnt work. Mr Raju, Mr Kishore, Ms shweta and Mr Dhanji are few of the names that can be added to the list. They will give you the most wonderful excuses. I intend to go legal against these people, though would share my experience as well. MOST HOPELESS SERVICE AND POORLY TRAINED PEOPLE.
