Company is do fraud in all over country company facebook portal a lot of complain but company not given solution to customer

I am already complaining in customer care but not getting any response

    Shopping of rs.5194/- was done on 25/05/2019 there was an offer of luggage on shopping of rs.5000/- was suppose to receive rs. 1000/- cashback in futurepay wallet i. E. Rs200/- every month for 5 months from june-2019. Have raised the complaint 5-6 times and have also forwarded the details to [protected]@futuregroup.in the month is about to get over yet no cashback received no revert no response nothing so now am should i go further and register fir of fraud and scam with me in neareast police station? Unnecessary harrasment and toture.

      I purchased various item in big bazar haldwani (Uttarakhand) on 20 june 2019, after purchasing when we made payment through my debit card your payment executive deducted rs. 8578.00 in twice time in my debit card, when i asked for him in these that he told me excess amount is credited in your account within 24 hrs.             Mail has been shootout already to available email addresses in my reach with bill snapshot:

            Issue occurred at store: Big bazaar, XION mall

            I am writing the ANOTHER bad experience with big bazaar.

            This made me to really doubt whether it was system issue or you guys are doing intentionally.

            This is not expected from brand like @BIZ BAZAAR despite knowing you guys have tough competitors in market like reliance fresh, DMART, who are doing extremely good and not leaving any stone unturned to raise the name and fame of the company.

            Last week or two we did shopping from biz bazaar as always we do on weekends. Issue happened as there was promotional offer in Cashback in future pay wallet on HEAD&SHOULDER, which will cost only 65/- And rest will get back in future pay wallet.

            So we bought two bottles of head and shoulder shampoo, which was of +400/- each but on promotional offer to future pay users it was for 65₹ only and rest paid amount will credit back into future pay wallet.

            But day back, we received only 170 only, which was not the third half of cashback.

            So Yesterday[protected] i visited the biz bazaar store physically and briefed my issue to store manager or so...

            I have been informed this was mistakenly offered at 65₹ but actual it meant to be of 225₹ etc. WOW SURPRISED!!
            Not sure why always i come across this UNINTENTIONAL THINGS (as per big bazaar) :(

            More to interest, the same offer was still there and upon highlighting- they removed finally. Not sure how many customers have been cheated already within these two weeks.

            So in nutshell they have genuinely accepted their fault only and apologies, which I really appreciate.
            But apologies only wouldn’t make customer happy or satisfied, i want my money back, fortunately !!

            Waiting for the resolution and response.

            Onward, seriously i need to keep track of every penny spent on future pay offers to co-relate if received cashback is full...

              I am regular customer of big bazaar as always I shopping from here and maximum time i find that after shopping and back to home some items are missing first of all i thought of that misses but i yesterday I saw the reality staff involvement are in it not only me many people are survive from same problems staff came for packaging are hidden 2 3 items which one is expensive... This one is immoral from the brand name doing this for saving their stock this huge fraud with people hard work money...

                Have ordered from Brandfactory on 13-june and the order id is 15653 which was out for delivery today (17-jun) but so far haven't recieved the product yet. But the status got updated as it was delivered today by 10:00 AM but i didn't recieve a call from any delivery agent and also check with neighborhood if in case. Really embarrassing have paid around ₹1000 for the product which is missing. Xpressbees tracking id of the same is [protected]. Do check with this and respond as soon as possible. Poor service and improve your delivery agent. If no resolution provide will forward this consumer complaint.

                  I am writing this complain after suffering from a miserable situation(writing this on my mother's behalf). She have been victimized of banking fraud on 17th june. Someone used her banking details and some money got transferred to future retail. I would like to request you to have a fare look into this and refund the money. Though we already file a complaint to the cyber crime branch, although being a regular customer of your group I would like to request a fare enough decision and action from your side.                     I have purchased 3 items on 15th Jun 2019, 2 items price match with printed price, one item price is not matching with printed one. There is something special for my nephew, so I have bought the items(1jean, 1 t shirt and 1 short pant). Due to this price mismatch I have to again buy items from another store because I can't come again so much distance and return the same. For proof, I am enclosing the images and also I have not detach the price tag from the items. Who is responsible for this type negligence and who will give me the extra money I have spent, though There is no fault from my side.

                          Today, I had shopped at Big Bazaar Phoenix- Velachery Chennai Store.

                          Was being in the queue for Billing. The Counter person was going on billing for a Staff and then for a 2-3 item without even bothering to look at the queue.

                          When I raised the issue, he did not bother to address me. Another customer started to shout at the counter person. I asked another person to call the Store Manager. But nobody came for 20 minutes. I was standing just in front of the counter without being served.

                          When I started to take photos of the counter person when he refused to divulge his name, a lady supervisor came from nowhere and started questioning that I was taking picture of her. I could realise the nexus between the staffs. They diverted my attention such that they could do the billing as per their wish.
                          To my Dismay, I was billed three items which is not part of my shopping

                          This is absolute cheating with the staffs ganging up and targeting shoppers coming alone.

                          I Immediately called the customer toll free number and registered my complaint No. BB[protected].

                          I need to know the missing items billed delibrately. I think the items would have been stolen by the counter person grouping with fellow staff member.

                          This is very damaging and I would like to have your immediate response before I take up in the consumer forum.

                            I want to replace a kurti with another one bt I forgot to the bill from the guy who puts seal in the bill at the exit

                              I have bought three casserole set from big bazaar on three different bills on alternative dates within the scheme period and i was assured that Rs. 300 (as per scheme cond.) will credit in my future pay app. But i have received the the benefit for two pieces only on 3rd of the June 2019.

                              I spoken with your future pay app toll free number and they told me that this scheme is applicable up to 2 piece only. Now my first query is that i have not bought all three pieces in one bill and and second is if this is on my mobile number([protected]) than store team should informed me the same. However there was the condition of two piece in a bill mentioned, but not mentioned anything about the mobile number. I have send many mails at [protected]@futurepay.co.in, [protected]@futurepay.co.in, [protected]@futuregroup.in but no one responding despite repeated reminder. Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide the solution on priority. Please don't send any system generated response or email.

                                As per the law, stores are not allowed to charge anything for the carry bag from customers but Big Bazaar store in Seawoods Grand Central Mall seawoods does not seem to follow this.

                                They Charge 15 rupees for a single bag. When I ask them about this they say it gets refunded in future pay. Now My question is why are they first taking the money. 90% of people who shop from big bazaar don't even n=know about future pay and how to use it. They are taking advantage of it.

                                It is not for the first time, many have raised this issue earlier also but they haven't done anything about this.

                                I took a half pants of 999 rupees but I want to change it and take 1699 rupees jeans. Boots will not say this ... so what do I do?

                                  Today I did my shopping at Big Bazar Cosmos Mall Siliguri (WB). My Mob No [protected], Tax Invoice No [protected], TILL No 13, Memo No 0000704.
                                  After reaching home I matched my bill with the goods & surprisingly I found that I have been charged for two pieces of CERELAC MG 5FRT 300g (Rs. 245/- x 2 = Rs. 490/-) but I have actually bought & got only one single piece of that. May be it's an mistake on your part.
                                  I request to kindly reconcile your inventory & arrange to refund my Rs. 245/- at the earliest. You may refund the same in my Future Pay wallet.

                                    I have recharged my future pay wallet on 31 may to pay my bill in big bazar but their server was not working that's why I paid the amount through my debit card..But then my wallet amount was also deducted ..The person who was billing told that your refund will be credited soon..But now today is 11 june and i still have not got my refund..I'm calling customer care again and again but they are also not resolving the issue.

                                      I had made payment to bigbazaar on 08/6/19 of RS 398 in phonepe UPI of which no bill was generated then they said to make one more payment i made another payment then bill generated after that they said that refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours and it is 4th day now no refund was given and in customer service is also so rude and they are saying daily refund will be processed in the evening.
                                      i have all the details of the transanction, recordings bank statement etc

                                        I asked cashier for paper bag she told they don't have and called manager he told we don't get paper bag for this site .
                                        Some thing is wrong going here the bags they are providing don't match to other outlet of bif bazar and cost will be not more then 2 rs why 7 is charged
                                        I will put this matter to consumer court and will file a PIL in high court also to no this reason.
