Repected sir,
This is to inform u that on 05.07.2016 i placed an order to bigchemist, online medical store (order id is_[protected] but did not any response or touch through phone regarding this order. after that i contact them to [protected] & told to cancel my order & refund my money which i already paid through netbanking, a lady told me that my order has been cancelled & i will get my money within 7/10 working days, but still i did not receive any money back to my account. After that i tried to contact [protected] & [protected] numbers which are always switched off, after that i tried there [protected] but they did not listen anything. i send many e mails to them & they are not replying the email also.

There is no update on my product status, no helpline numbers for online purchase..!!!

No option to cancel deal, all is messed up and my money at stake.

I need status and refund of my money now, fed up of waiting!

I have contacted them to [protected] numbers which are always switched off or stated as not valid, after that i tried there [protected] but they did not listen anything.

I need refund and cancellation!!

Its been more than 2 weeks i haven't received my order that i placed online on 11th july 2016 and in spite of calling so many times none of the members were helpful. All i kept on hearing was that they will send my order number to customer care and they will call back. These guys failed to do so and its very difficult to talk to the customer care people since the numbers given online does not exist and i emailed for my money to be refunded and no one even cared to do that. I need a strict action or the head to talk. Horrible experience

I placed order on 24/06 . BICAL 50mg tablet of Intas 6strips and paymet also completed through net banking.
I try to connect them through mail, they replied "we are searching your product."
Till date order status is under process.
Please do the need full.

ORDER #[protected] ordered on 18th June still not shipped..no response for mails.no responses in social networks too..looks like they are looting money from many customers like these. I have given enough time..pls cancel and refund my amount ..and give the refund reference number..
pls don't order anything from Bigchemist they simply taking the orders and keeping the money with them to gain interest..stay away..

Both numbers are switched off, what is the problem with u, are u fraud still u did not refund my money. i did not understand what u r actually. immediate refund my money.

Sir, that was todays (1.7.16) their original reply through e mails where they told that after 7/12 days refund will be initiated. sir actually i have a doubt regarding this company & i want to refund my money (1693.50, 2 injections, gmh hp 75) as early possible. sir plz do something for me.

Hi, Order no[protected] Item - lisir (10 mg) I have purchased this item on 5th january 2016 and today (13th january 2016) i got the message that order has been cancelled. i feels cheat from this company. this is not big chemist but it is big cheater. i would like to request all customers that please do not buy anything from big chemist because they will never deliver product and without any reason they will cancel orders. i prefer to go for other reputed online pharmacy company but do not and never go for big chemist. Thank you.

I do not get the product Order #[protected] item name: himalaya sensitive toothpaste account email id - [protected]@gmail.com i have ordered above item on 5th nov 2015 but i do not get till now. My enmail id is - [protected]@gmail.com. I feels cheated by them. They are not replying my complaints. Thank you.
