This mail is regarding tablet Homocyst . I've advised to take homocyst from my neurologist and have been taking it for years now. Today 14-Jan-2016 i opened up a single tab foil from a fresh strip and found a stinky slimy burst open tablet . Please see the attached images. I still have 10 strips from the same batch and i'm afraid to consume them. I've included details on the tablet as below:

I LEFT ORDAIN HEALTH CARE ON 28.02.2010. I HAVE SUBMITTED P.F SETTLEMENT FORM WITH ALL DETAILS ON OCTOBER 2010 BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT SETTLE MY P.F AMOUNT. MY P.F NO. WAS TN60015/2794. Printing MFG. and EXP. description 3 times raise ambiguty over the price of a set of 30 tablets
To Whom So Ever It May Concern
This is to notify that in Ordain Health Care Pvt. Ltd. product GLI-1 description of MFG. and EXP. dates are printed 3 times for a set 30 tablets. This raise ambiguity over the price for 10 tablets. The Chemists and Druggists are selling 10 tablets at the rate equal to 30 tablets. In other words, 30 tablets of Ordain Gli-1 M.R.P. Rs.88.00. But because of the printed 3 times description the chemists and druggists are cheating by selling 10 tablets at the rate of M.R.P Rs.88.00.
I hope this is the marketing strategy of the Ordain Health Pvt. Ltd. which leads patient in problems in order to buy tablets from druggists.
Kindly Consider this complaint and take necessary steps in order to solve this problem as soon as possible.
