Big Cinema — Poor standard of 3D glasses

I went to big cinemas rave moti kanpur for the morning show 12th may 2015 For which 3D glasses were provided with a deposit of Rs 100 My reviews 1) Because of the earthquake we vacated in panic glasses were taken but no refund even when we went a week later. 2) The glasses flicker because of poor quality but we are forced to see 3D as 2 shows are not there. 3) Even for jurassic park no 3 D shows today 4) They do not run proper AC for morning shows 4) Ebony customers are charged extra for the same food and we are not permitted to order from regular big cinema canteen.
