I haven't got the pvr privilege points for the past 4 bookings since January.
Please look into this matter.

People come and seat in VIP seat without Booking in shimogga after the invertal

Please avoid dealing with Sobhan Patro, he doesn’t have any authority to sell this flat as his mother Satyabhama Patro is the sole owner. He is approaching buyers with power of authority to sell the flat which can be easily cancelled any time. This fraud signs MOU with multiple buyers at same time and takes 10% advance then delays assignment agreement with builder, highlighting multiple reasons ( in my case it was out of station, not well, TDS not paid etc…). Finally at MOU end date he will come and tell his mother doesn’t want to sell the property as his sister is also having rights and she is not allowing. If buyers want to move legally nothing happens, Sathyabama Patro is the sole owner and she cancels the power of attorney given to his fraud son Sobhan Patro. Your hard earned money get stuck for none of your faults and will pass through hard times to get back your money. I went through all these pains. This is my experience and advice. Resale Buyers please safeguard yourself, stay away from Fraud/Cheat seller SLG T5-5164, Sobhan Patro/Sathyabama Patro.

Today I booked a show of The Kashmir files in movietime cinema Rudrapur with 2 all in one combo...in intervel when we go to the food counter for food and show the booking I'd they deny to give the food and tell we have not booking for food after very much arguments they give us the order but in short quantity and told your 4 order of small cold drink and we done it in big size glass although our order was 400 ml cold drink 4 Glass...i feel very shameful there and mr Avneesh behaviour was very very bad..I think because rate of food with booking is very low so they were not giving the food even one more person was there with same complaint and argu with staff.please take this very serious as

The screen are this cinema is very irratiable because in the middle of the screen there are dust located and it very bad while watching a movie. The sound of the movie theatre is not an Dolby Atmos so pls update it. The Charis are recliner but that are not recline able beacuse of the perfect oiling.
So I request you that plz change the screen and sound system because the expreience is not going good with cinemas and plz tell to oilling the chairs to be perfect reclineing

In Bharath Big Cinemas Manipal, the theatre has non-dispoable tumblers at the water cooler. During covid, this is a huge risk, sharing of glasses between people.

We (me and 2 of my friends) have booked tickets worth 200/- each on Paytm for Sarileru Nikevvaru movie at Ameerpet (Carnival) @ 10:05 AM show. Sound system is so poor, no responsibility from theortre management. Theatre Management are calling Police for questioning them of the poor sound quality.

Please consider this as a serious request and demand the following:

1. Refind of tickets amount for all the people who attended the show
2. Ban the theatre until the all the maintenance were complete.

Please consider this as sincere request.

I have been at grand cinemaz at bahdala (Mehtpur) una himachal pradesh 174303. They said you cannot allowed to bring the outside food inside the cinema. And they are charging a lot money for the food which is unfair. And they are pre - booking the cinema seats. And saying the public back seats are already sold out. But in reality they are charging more money for the back row seats or give that back seats to vip person. That things shows narrowmind thinking and bad business management. Due to that i can give them a zero rating. Please check out that matter.

Today i had ordered a food during intervals in rajhans prime cinema piplod surat. I had ordered 3 veg franky and 1 plate gotta. They told me that they'll send on my family seats, we are waiting at our seats for food, but it arrived at end of the movie and those were frozen franky, it was very cold and wet, so i complaint their employee, so they checked and back it, but they didn't give money back of those food and replied me that it was our company policy, we can not give money back, but they had given those food after oven hitting. So i had not accept that food and they had not given money back. Really i experienced very bed.

I m loudging complain against the canteen of big cinema at mathura (Pacific mall refinary nagar).
I went to canteen to take popcorn single pack suddenly i had change my order grom single pack of popcorn to combo pack.in the same time my bill was generated. I had requested to replace by old order by new one of combo pack... But the manager mr. Ganesh denied to cancel my order and said that its not in the company policy that to cancel a generated bill or replace the order by new one.
They are not able to give me any setisfaction regarding the same. They i have decided to (Old order and new one) purchased both the packs due to company policy as said by the manager mr. Ganesh.
I want to know, is there no process to cancel/replace the consumer order at the same time if bill was generated.
Is it bound, customer should take if he is not interested // by mistake wrongly ordered/now want to replace from old one ordered...???
Kindly explain.

In bikaner, rajasthan they take parking charge and dont gave any receipt to customer.
Firstly they dnt gv any receipt so they take illegal charges. Is they working according to rules? This is the main thing to check about this cinema. This is serious issue because without any receipt who is responsible for three hours and thousand's of people directly effected with this.

Me and my friends (3 persons) visited big cinemas on sunday (09/12/18) at noon show of kedarnath. We bought gold tickets at the price of rs.160 each in total we paid rs. 480. We somehow manage to watch the film with minimum ac cooling as ac speed they reduced like they don't want to on it for less people present in theatre (Like hell it was!!). I saw my tickets today and found a shocking fact that, ticket price for gold is rs. 118 and for platinum it was for rs. 150. And it was like what the hell cinema house considers customers money to be like!! It's a hard earned money. Govt. Says we should stop watching piracy and if we do follow such things to strength and support cinemas of our country. They cheat us. I lost the hopes from cinemas and their way of treeatment to customer and valuing customers hard earned money. Even the beverages costs is overpriced. Slow claps to all people connected with the cinema 👏👏👏 you all r fooling us. And we stupid gets fooled also.

My name is gopi chand prajapat s/o tejaram prajapat bikaner. I go to watch movei at big cinema bikaner raj.334001.15 nov 2018 at night show. There are drinked ravi name worker. He misbehavioured and beat me. I am very sad. Plz remove dismannered ravi name worker. Other wise i submit fir against big cinema and ravi name worker. And i can go to consumer court for respect loss mater.

When it comes to multiplex, my first favorite preference is big cinemas.
I been watching movies in big cinemas since more than 10 years.in all these years the one major problem me, my family and friends faced is the misbehaviour of some youngsters in night shows. They constantly scream, shout during the shows witch creates huge discomfort for the audience to watch the movie. You theaters do have security guards but they are not strong enough to handle these bunch of crazy youths. Kindly arrange proper security and implicate some strict rules so that no crazy bunch of people distract the ambience of the theater so that the audience feel secure to enjoy their favorite movies.

Low price tickets are not giving in thetres. Low class people are not watching movie because low price tickets. Especially in warangal ram thetre. Pls help cinema lovers. They are only giving balcony and dress circle tickets. Low price tickets are they provide in black tickets. So could u pls help cinma lovers and poor people and go and watch enjoy the movie.
Please help to avoid black tickets. Plese help to second class tickets also

Hall is in pathetic condition.. will never recommend Big Cinemas to any one..hall was full of waste material, flies and pungent smell .. it was getting very hard for us to sit there along with our 3 year old kid..even the AC was also not working properly.. do the brands work as per the cities.. I don’t believe so.. we choose brand screens to get some quality services which was certainly not there

A/c was not working in carnival moviestar theater in goregaon west we were with family. At interval we contacted the manager during that time he replied it will be sorted in 30mins but after 1 hour still it was not fixed. After which senior manager replied it won't be fixed as i am a astama paitence it was suffocating to me and other.
But after creating a ruckor they came and announce that i[censored] want refund u can get out now
Disgusting behaviour from staff and manager

Their is no working ac in the cinema or they do not use it. They do not provide proper 3d glass as they are taking much more money than other cinemas in the city. Please respond to this complaint and take some steps to stop doing false promises to consumers. They dont have a proper air circulation and very bad staff. It is better to not to give money please help.

And misbehave me and language is very bad. And he will told me that you will talk my manger. Vut no one talk me. And i am returning without watch movie today. Kindly talk and action. Thanx
