I booked 2 ticket of annabelle:creation (Hindi) (Show timings-19 aug 11:30am) in carnival cinemas, pacific mall, sahibabad, ghaziabad, up, on 18 aug. My seat number was gold a20 and 21. I want to cancel my tickets as i would not be able to go to watch the movie due to some personal issues. Kindly refund ticket amount asap. Big Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 02, 2017 Peeu kamble's response We used to book our movie ticket by using movie card.. so today ua CSR Miss Meenakshi is not giving us accurate info regards that n she did argument when I tried to tell her my problem.. she continuosly giving us wrong info after some time someone her supervisor came to us n he help us but i think the misbehaving of that CSR u have to notice..

We used to book our movie ticket by using movie card.. so today ua CSR Miss Meenakshi is not giving us accurate info regards that n she did argument when I tried to tell her my problem.. she continuosly giving us wrong info after some time someone her supervisor came to us n he help us but i think the misbehaving of that CSR u have to notice..
