Big India Shop — fastrack combo watches fake

As i ordered 3 fastrack watches worth rs.1199 at the date of 05.02.2019 i received the product on 11.02.2019 but the product was fake. I totally disappointed with the product so i want to return it and i need my refund. There is no return policy in your page i want to return it how can i return the product and as there is a number given for queries is not reachable. My order no:20034
