Big India Shop — I want to return this product

My order 5945 for Fastrack V8 Smart Watch - V8 Smart Watch...bt I received other product...When i visit website it looks original but when i receive product it is very poor quality nd it is not a original product
Fake product...so return it...n give my money back.

I have ordered a smart fastrack watch of worth Rs. 1499 but I recieved a duplicate watches containg 3 duplicates watches... And I called on the number to which the producr can be returned but the phn is off since last 5 days
