[Resolved]  Big Laundry — injustice to customer by big laundry and cheating the customer

I need justice for my issues in big laundry. While taking the package they promised to give compliment, but at the end of the package they say it is transferred package, so compliment is not applicable.

My question is when they transferred the package and till date whenever i asked for compliment their staff made me fool saying it will be delivered very soon for the past 5 months. If it is not applicable they should have basic ethics to tell their rules at the beginning of the package, not at the end of the package. Big laundry staff knows how to put the customer in mental agony and spoiling the customer health in keep on calling and to listen from the uncultured arrogantly speaking staff, who didn't even know how injustice they do and rising the bp of the customer by laughing and making the customer irritating. Very very unprofessional staff and there is no higher authority to sort out the issues.
