I am a customer of big laundry services for more than 2 years now. I had renewed the package on 23 nov 2019, employee from big laundry sent me a mail with cost and no of garments to be given. For the package. As per the package, the no. Of clothes to be washed is 190 which was an offer for the month. I i paid rs 2832. This package was for 2 months. The pickup is scheduled for every monday or thursday. But the pickup person doesnt come on...

I need justice for my issues in big laundry. While taking the package they promised to give compliment, but at the end of the package they say it is transferred package, so compliment is not applicable.

My question is when they transferred the package and till date whenever i asked for compliment their staff made me fool saying it will be delivered very soon for the past 5 months. If it is not applicable they should have basic...

Everytime there is a pickup schedule, it is completely missed due to vehicle breakdown or rescheduled without consent. I cannot accept these reasons.

It is frustrating to call each day to remind about the pickup/delivery. Last month, the schedules were not kept properly. As a result, the remaining clothes were not picked up. It looks like you are forcing us to renew every month, but the clothes balance is not utilized. Relationship...

My clothes were given for dry cleaning on the 19th feb. They promised to return the clothes by 21 st. But i have been calling them since 21 st, but no response from them. Very arrogant and careless attitude.
I have been calling alex, who is the in charge for my area. He never answers his phone. Tried calling their office landline, which says office is still closed at 10 am. They are supposed to open at 9 am....

Is anyone responsible for clothes pick up and delivery... Everytime i'm given a new no. And whenever i call on that no. No one picks the phone or deliberately they disconnect. From last 1 month i'm facing problems with them but no one is bothered. I have spoken to melody, vidhya, prakash etc etc... But now no one is picking...

Bad and worth less customer care service
I have used this service once as a one month trial service and another 6 month service
They come over collect money first and then on your chosen date the pick up guy comes and collects the clothes and writes to a receipt of the types of clothes and the no. Of it...in three or four days your clothes arrive...
Everything was fine until i found two of my white tops had black stain...

Big laundry was worst experience for me as they have repeatedly lost my cloths and they managed to bring back when i complain... One fine day when i checked my paatu dothi, bit expensive cloth was replaced by ordinary dhothi by the vendor and i had to write them n number of emails and complain then on the lost, they couldn't manage to bring my dhothi and they wanted me to get the compensation of rs.750 for the lost dhothi... I had subscribed for Big laundry, this is my second time & my subscription number is 7481. I am always facing issue in picking up clothes and delivery, and there is no response from their side even though i had given two mails to their customer support. Hello, After the Chennai flood situation all the important and expensive clothes in our closet were damp and smelling. I saw the advertisement of the Big Laundry published in "The Hindu" and subscribed for their services. The offer they gave was to clean 100 clothes for Rs.1000+taxes in 4 weekends.
