I have purchased 128gb SD card from BigC mobile store, in Nalgonda on 30th Jan'22. Initially, I tried to make the payment via UPI through Amazon Pay, which showed as pending, and the store person said it will be returned to my bank account automatically and hence I paid via my debit card again.
I have approached the Amazon CC for the refund and they confirmed that the payment is successful and I need to contact the bank for refund. When I checked with the bank, they confirmed that the payment is successful and got credited to the beneficiary Bank.
I approached the store manager and asked him to check the UPI transactions and confirm. He said he will get back but nothing happened.
Raised a compliant to their customer care, they shared the generic response and nothing solved.
