I have purchased 128gb SD card from BigC mobile store, in Nalgonda on 30th Jan'22. Initially, I tried to make the payment via UPI through Amazon Pay, which showed as pending, and the store person said it will be returned to my bank account automatically and hence I paid via my debit card again.

I have approached the Amazon CC for the refund and they confirmed that the payment is successful and I need to contact the bank for refund. When I checked with the bank, they confirmed that the payment is successful and got credited to the beneficiary Bank.

I approached the store manager and asked him to check the UPI transactions and confirm. He said he will get back but nothing happened.

Raised a compliant to their customer care, they shared the generic response and nothing solved.

Please help with my refund of INR 1450.

      I have purchased lenovo a1000 mobile from dilshuknagar branch bigc show room and i have taken insurance for that mobile

      Unfortunatly my mobile got damaged so

      1). I have visited tarnaka service centre they said visit branch it self
      2). Again i have visited branch they said to visit lic office
      3). Again i visited lic office they said big c people given wrong bill like mentioned emi number is wrong in bill
      4) again i have visited big c and they given one more bill
      5) again i have visited lic office but they did't accepted
      6) again i have visited big c show room and as per there request provided my phone and bill to them

      They said they will provide phone with in a week if not we will provide one more mobile, after one week i called to dilssukh nagar branch but the manger was changed no body is responded... After 2 weeks

      Again new manger mr sandeep joined in show room he said he will done it by 3 days again i called after 3 days to mr sandeep (Manager) but he is giving irresponsible answers and he is arguing with me that whatever you want you can do you will not get any mobile and he is asking more 15 days and that is not for sure

        I gave Samsung galaxy s5 mobile for repair on 23-nov-15 . they told me that they will do the service with 15 days and return the product to me. but they even dont know the status after 15 days. they even didnt try to know the status of the mobile.

          Hello,This is Shankar from Hyderabad.
          I bought 2 Huawei mobiles and one 100 Rps tata indicom voucher at Big C Mobileswhich is located in Balkampet, which is near to Ameerpet,Hyderabad.They had given me the expired voucher, i didnt seen at that time..While trying to recharge the card given by BigC mobiles, it is saying Invalid card and the card is expired.I tried to inform to the store manager and he talked very rashly and he told it is not his mistake and i called to the BigC customer care and explained about the problem ,one of the person said he will do Easy recharge to my mobile number...till now there is no response from the BigC mobiles...i am having the receipt with me for the expired voucher.

          please take an action on these Branded people.From this day onwards i will try to be away to BigC mobiles and i will pass to my friends also...
          Very Very Dirty service ever in Andhra Pradesh...

          Try to solve my problem ... plz .....

            Dear Readers,



            On 14/02/2010, I went to Bigc Show room, KPHB to purchase a mobile. I asked the sales guys to show me nokia basic models. I am about to buy Nokia FM Music phone. That cunning sales guy showed me Celkon 567 piece and all its feature. At the first look, every body likes the phone. I bought that for Rs 3100. Sales guy told meif you get any problem, you have to contact celkon support people ([protected]). I played with all features of phones. When I am playing FM music, lot of heat emited from the mobile front and back panels. Once cannot hold the mobile with hand in that situation. Immediately I called celkon customer care, they told me to reach celkon servicing centre, mehidipatam. I went to Mehidipatnam serviceing centre, they have given DOA. You can use DOA to exchange the mobile with another one.



            I went to Bigc, KPHB again with DOA and talked to Farooq ([protected]), manager. He told that you can exchange with another Celkon 567. After a lot of discussion, he said you can exchange with Nokia/Samsung with an additional amount of Rs 500. Just think of their cunning business techniques. They asked me again to go for Celkon 747 instead of loosing money. So I have bought Celkon 747 worth of Rs 4500 . I paid Rs 1400 and remianing (RS 3100 of C 567) came from DOA. I have tested all the features of C747 in the shop and users of mobile does not have any problem.



            After a couple of days o[censored]sage, every body that I called using this mobile and every body that called me on this mobile got a lot of annoying noise. When I contacted Celkon call centre, they said it is a mike problem and you have to goto service centre. Thrice I went to Celkon servicing centre. But servicing guy Manohar ([protected]) tried repalcing the mike, updating the software ( which changed IMEI number). But none of those attempts fixed the problem. Unnessarily I wasted my 10 lites of diesel to travel from Nanakramguda, gacchibowli to Mehidipatnam ( 16Km). Finally He said handover the mobile to BigC KPHB people and they will take care.



            I hand over to Bigc servicng guy Venu ([protected]). These people taken around a week and but did not fixed the problem. Finnaly Farooq, Bigc KPHB manager after talking to Narendra, Head of Bigc ready to exchange the mobile with nokia/other . He said I am going to lose the VAT paid (Around Rs 200) for Celkon 747 and come on next day to exchang for celkon 747.



            did a research and found that Nokia 5230 is a good one to buy. On 13/03/2010, I went to shop and given celkon box and confirmed a money of Rs 4300. Junk guys deducted a money of Rs 200 for VAT paid. I asked for Nokia 5230. They said it is Rs 9000. I called Bigc, Ameerpet and asked for price. They said the price is Rs 8390 including VAT. Immediately , I have involved Farooq in that conversation. This Farooq talked to Bigc,Ameetpet and that Bigc immediately change his words. He said Rs 8390 with our VAT. So Farooq added a VAT of 4% and finally price came Rs 8700. I have asked for any gifts are there. That junk guy told me they are no gifts even though there is. On monday 15/03/2010, Bigc given a paper ad stating Rs4999 worth Rebok glasses along with Nokia 5230. I asked these guys where is my Reabok glasses and they said the offer started from 15/03/2010. After contacting the Bigc call center, I came to know the offer is existing from January.



            Farooq, Bigc kukatpally manager told me out of 10 mobiles , only 2 original and remianing 8 are from chennai. I do have all the statements recorded on phone.



            So Beware of cunning Bigc mobiles.

              I have given my mobile for servicing in a service centre and the service centre executive has informed that the mobile will be delivered in 3 working days and I will get a call from them regarding the problem with the mobile. I have waited for 3 days and i didn't get any call on the third day, i have visited the Bigc service centre and it was on saturday and the executive at the service centre told me to come on monday. I have visted the service centre on monday and i got the same type of response from the service centre, they told me to come on wednesday, this repeated from wednesday to saturday to monday and it continued for 25 days. The mobile was not delivered by the time which was promised by the service centre personnel at the time of taking the mobile for servicing and didn't get any call from them regarding the issue related with the mobile.

              On 26th day, i have got my mobile and that to it has been replaced new mobile but the IMEI is different from the sticker which is pasted inside the battery cabinet and in the phone ( verified the IMEI by typing *#06#). I am facing the same issue with the new mobile which was provided after servicing. The service centre name is BIGc, the biggest retail chain in Andhra Pradesh.

              I've given my motorola v3 for repair at BIG C., kukatpally and unfortunately lost the receipt provided since the handset was not returned under 3.5 months. When I approached the store on 2nd jan...the store manager attitude was not customer oriented and response was " i could only return mobile on receipt". Very un-profession company.
              i have purchase a moblie in your bigc show room two months ago. the cell pice is c-tel. the cell phone is dead whith out any reason. i have complined in the sow room. thre ae not giving any responce. from last ten days. i want to complient in consumer protection act after two days

                Very poor customer support - worst product

                4 months back, we have bought C-Tel mobile from BigC at Habsiguda. They told us that it is from Big-C and we guarantee for the product and we are responsible for any services.

                I have faced many issues and I have given for service four times so far.
                Service people are taking minimum one week to 10 days.

                Recently I have given for service in a dead condition on 2/Sep/2009. They told so many reasons without...
