[Resolved] Bigchemist — Big chemist product not delivered and all contact numbers are out of service

I ordered medicines 2 days ago and it still shows order under process. Also i tried contacting their customer service but all the no. S available anywhere are all out of service. And since i live in a different city its impossible for me to go to their pharmacy and ask for a refund / my medicines.. I send many e mails to them & they are not replying the email also. My order id[protected] amount-447.95. Contact no-[protected]
Big chemist was the only site that showed the medicines were in stock but now i'm thinking that was a scam

Updated by Akash das01 I placed order on 19/07 . Neurabol capsules 2mg tablet of Intas 10strips and paymet also completed through Paytm gateway.
I try to connect them through mail, they replied "we are searching your product."
Till date order status is under process.
Please do the need full.
