Bigfashionhub — product delivered was completely different than what I have ordered

I have ordered a combo product of three shirts from their shopping site, but when they delivered the product it was fully different than what i have ordered and even the quality is so worst that i cant even use them. After complaining several times also they are not resolving this issue and just replying that they will soon take an action.I have paid 1000 rs for this product and i am student, this money is very precious for me. I want to take action against them and get my money refund.
