Hi I ordered kids wear dresses of rupees 1045.80on Sunday that is on 8/11/2020.after making payment I don't see the ordered products in tha site and no tracking link for my order.i made compelte payment using my debit card.. today I came to know that site site is scam and worried about my money. I want to give complaint on this bigfashionbucket online shopping site which is completely scammed site and want my refund back....

I am ashwin nimje. I made a purchase of combo of 3 shirts from bigfashionhub. I received completly wrong products from them. I had ordered for some thing and received another one. I didn't like those shirts which i had received.
I asked for return and refund through mail and call customer care services as well but they are just making me fool by saying that we are investigating with vendor client n all. But it's almost 2 month's now...

On 06th August 2019 I have visited www.Bigfashion.com & from this site I have ordered 3 Denim shirts worth rs 1000/- but I have received 3 cheap shirts was not my order. This is completed different order. Regarding this I drop email to bigfashion but there is no. response from them. This is cleared matter of IPC section 420. so I request you to please please give us our money. I dont want these order & I will return back....

How do we deal with these rascals? This is a fraudulent company. I have been writing them for 8 months now to return the order received by me as the products were not the ones I had ordered, coincidentally also a combo of 3 shirts. I seem to receive automated responses every single time stating the same thing despite requesting for a contact number to speak to an executive. We must publicly shame them via social media and take them.to the...

I ordered a combo 3 shirt online from BigFashivHub and this company has sent a very bad shirt. Which is not in the website.
maine bigfashionhub se online combo 3 shirt order kiya tha aur is company ne faltu ka bahut kharab shirt bhej diya hai. jo website me hai hi nahi. aur na hi return ho raha hai.
mera 900/- rs. barbad ho gya. call karo to lagta nahi....

I had ordered combo of 3 shirts online from big fashion hub website
I opened the parcel i was shocked to see the product which merely worth less than rs 100.
I had never seen these type of shirts in my 45 years of life..
1. The quality is very very poor.
2. Products defer 1000% from as shown in advertise.
3. My friends laughed at me very badly as they saw the product.

The 3 combo shirt offer is not what i ordered. The shirts are completely different and of very cheap quality. I had to pay around 1000 rupees. The order arrived on 30th may 2019 and today is 22 august. I had sent them 3 emails but they are not concerned about my complaint. I need my refund and a proper reason for delaying my complaint. This website is a big fraudster and they are continuously cheating people....

I order the shirts, but when it deliver it is very low quality and there are not even what I order. I also drop a lot of mail, but each time i got a response saying we are looking for the issue. But even after 3 months, they are still the same.

Big fashion hub is cheating people. I am also suffered. Got totally different products delivered on 6th april 2019. I have ordered for casual shirts.
No proper reply from them after that. Nothing else. They don't have a consumer care number and communication only through email. Since the beginning i am getting only answer is that 'checking'.
I request somebody who know bot laws to assist us to stop this company from trading....

Cheating website showing one product and delivery of other product that is different one no is their to return and cancellation of that product....

I have placed order for shirts new branded clothing with long sleeves casual monophonic shirts for men. But i received the shirts which are totally different from the images shown in the bigfashinehub photos.
In the images it's shows plain shirts, while i got the netted shirts, really it's pathetic.
I purchased it for special occasion but now i can't enjoy that occasion.

Received wrong product from big fashion hub.
Ordered shirts are different from the delivered material.
Delivered material if of third class quality.
Need refund for wrong product i paid and from 19th april contacting them through mail to take back there worst product and refund the amount.
They are cheating and looting the people by showing some something and delivering the third class product....

I ordered one combo pack of three shirts item on 13 april 2019 and they delivered different item on 18 april by ecom courrier service. And when i follw the return or refund policy nobody can replying. Im 26 year old and i collect this money not easy for me but they cheat mr
