Bigfashionhub — wrong product delivered

So much bad .cheater . Wants bite . Wants criminal case . I all ready ...

I am pushp raj. I made a purchase of combo of 3 shirts from bigfashionhub. I received completly wrong products from them. I had ordered for some thing and received another one. I didn't like those shirts which i had received.
I asked for return and refund through mail and call customer care services someny time they didn't answer to me at least didn't respond to me.

Please suggest where to file case against them.

I had ordered a product and the delivery boy reached my home last Monday (15-april-2019) and I had open the package infront of the delivery boy and for my surprise totally different product I got to see. And I request the delivery boy to take back the product. But he said he is just a delivery boy, he don't have control over the product, and asked me to return through email by the cancellation process. I also did the same but it's been a week time no action has been taken by the bigfashion team. It was very much clear they are cheating many guys across India.

It seems very clear they are doing this kind of wrong product delivery by knowingly. And they are connected with bank account hacker team and when we approach for refund those hackers associated with big fashion hub, are there to wash out our hard earnings so far what we made.

This is very much true. These guys are from Kolkata and not even bother of poor people s hard work and not even have shame of what they do.

So if somebody wants to try big fashion hub and the customers go for look at the reviews before they make a decision my writings will help them. Those who never look at their history and make an order their will be fall into their pit.

I am going to say this truth to the whole world to bring down this website in FB and every where.

I ordered one combo pack of three shirts on 13 april 2019 but by the Ecom express they deliver different items .afterthat i will cal on customer care but no one take a call.this is cheating with us.. please help to send a right product or refund money.
