Hi,
I placed an order with BigMuscle Nutrition on 19th July 2021 around 1145am. I saw some reviews online which didn't recommend the product I ordered. I tus requested cancellation of order within 15 mins over 3 emails as i was not able to get through their customer care number. I tried their number 3 times, have screenshots. I also messaged them on Facebook the same day.
Next day I received an email saying the order cannot be cancelled as they have dispatched it. I have a confirmation from social media message of bigmuscle to ask me to refuse the order and they will process refund.
Right now nobody is answering to emails, phone or messages. Ive attempted with more than 5 emails, 10 calls and innumerable messages. I have no response. They have my money.
How do we go ahead?
