I order a product through amazon, i took a scoop of it as advised by water, i had a sudden allergic reaction which i never had .i tried to return the product but amazon says they dont have a return policy.now I tried to contact big muscle nutrition customer care since three day but its not available and no call backs even

Yesterday My Order(421471) Is Delivered To Me And I Tried A Call For The Same Time But No Response Is Received
My Problem Is That When I Blend The Mass Gainer Its Has Hard Stones And When I Smashed It The Green Colour Particles Are Appeared After I Drink The Stomach Acne Has Started And In The Same Evenings The Stomach Problem Has Risen
So I Also Attach A Proof You Can Clearly Seen The Big Stones Are In The Powder
Provide Me A Refund Of My Product Otherwise I Will Take A Legal Action Against You.(This Mail Has Been Send By Me )
After I Will Continue To Call For Replacement But They Lie And Delayed The Replacement And Told That They Are Not Giving Replacement Or Refund

I placed an order with BigMuscle Nutrition on 19th July 2021 around 1145am. I saw some reviews online which didn't recommend the product I ordered. I tus requested cancellation of order within 15 mins over 3 emails as i was not able to get through their customer care number. I tried their number 3 times, have screenshots. I also messaged them on Facebook the same day.

Next day I received an email saying...

Using these protein shakes from last 3 months and this is the third time. I ordered flavoured crude whey but i noticed the differences on the 2 packets (I. E. Rich chocolate) of the same product in taste in texture and also in odor as well. Also it was one order which is delivered to me by two different means. Either of the product have some problem. Wishing it is not causing any harmful effect inside my body

Observed whenever you order these protein in bulk then this problem happens

Same problem occurred earlier when i am using same comapny unflavored crude whey that time i ignored. That moment i thought i am overthing why would they do that?
Fssai should check this... If by chance it is happening to many other people may be in between of transportation this whole process is been triggered after watching these all i am seriously concerned.

The company can easily ignore this by just simply quoting my mistake but let me sound very clear the protien container was kept in dry and moisture free place.

Please reply me as soon as possible regarding to this.
