Bigroots.in — no delivery of product - blocking customers on their whatsapp customer service

I order 2 products on this website (www.bigroots.in) on 7th october and estimated delivery was 3 to 5 days
The customer service number [protected] comes switched off always
They have responded on whatsapp saying they require further 4 to 5 days to get product delivered
And blocked me on whatsapp when i asked for confirmation the other day
Payment for the same was already paid since there was no cod option

Same here my order is still processing.

I know somebody who gone helps me he is Crime branch police officer.
if anyone get the same problem call me or text me on my number
