[Resolved]  Bigroots — order not delivered

I made an order on 29 November’17 for 4 covers. Now they are not providing any information regarding dispatch and shipment of my order. The addresses are fake and the contact no is fake as well. There is no response from their side. I constantly trying to reach the customer care but there is no response. I have already made the payment through paytm and now I have no clue how to track this. Kindly help as how to get my money back.
