Bigship — Fraud done by bigship

I have put a request for pick up order their portal showing through ekart courier service and I have done everything what ever they required and I paid for them. On next day they said not possible pick up service and I said why? They said not possible you go for any other courier service and than I asked for refund money they said it’s ekart problem not out you will get money in bigship wallet you can’t withdraw you have to do courier from anywhere where our service is possible that means they are doing fraud.
