I have mail 2 times to change my account details but no Results snd solution I have Recieved. I have not any any account to support or help me to solve my bigship account problems. No support available here....

Our parcel was of about 12 kg and we and they charged 100-150 kg..Rs.400-2500.it was 6-7 such cases..we have submitted proof of our parcel..still they are denying and not even giving from their end.....

We had initiated 2 prepaid couriers through bigship couriers where we chose amazon logistic as the courier partner stated in Bigship portal.
One parcel(AWB[protected] invoice 5k) got stolen and the second parcel(AWB[protected] invoice 4.5k including shipping charge ) was exchanged with other contents. We have shared the footage of packaging and delivered goods both to bigship email id. We have been following up since a week now...

Rs 672 are balance in my bigship wallet and Courier company is denying to refund the amount and they said that I have to use the same for the delivery anyhow.

Bigship is fraud and make fool of their customers...

I have put a request for pick up order their portal showing through ekart courier service and I have done everything what ever they required and I paid for them. On next day they said not possible pick up service and I said why? They said not possible you go for any other courier service and than I asked for refund money they said it’s ekart problem not out you will get money in bigship wallet you can’t withdraw you have to do courier...

I created a corporate account with bigship for logistics. The company has a wallet from which there is no way to remove money out of. Only multiples of 500 can be added. One particular order pickup was scheduled was denied by the consignee for some reason and from there on, it still shows pickup scheduled. The amount must have been auto refunded. Upon contacting customer care, its been 15 days now, I have been too patient, my issue isnt yet resolved, no updates are given by the customer care rep nor the personal business relationship executive.

This company provides worst service, customer care of this company does not have manners to talk to client, other than this they will take money from you and after that they will not provide any kind of help to you, other than this you have done here If you have given money, then if you do not want to take service, then you will not get your money again and the employees here are busy giving you franchise and do not even take any guarantee...

Hi I ordered a shoe, nike zoom Zegna copy, from the company size 10, but got soke street picked shoe size 7. The customer care even verified mu order on phone but sent something else instead. It is a fake website. The customer care number is also not working.

It's been 20 days since this shipment was delivered.This is the company's strategy to hold the money for the customer.The company has a 7 day policy of COD remittance, but my remittance is more than 14 days.Finally, when the payment was to be released after 14 days, now I have been told that the dispensary has been set up .This is an irresponsible company and a company that is stealing customer's money.You prepared the data on the excel file and gave it to the weight dispensary.

I was using bigship from 6 months and they were sending the remittance on time but my remittance amount reached 80650rs than one of their employee name shivani told me that due to multiple complain you can't ship your product but multiple complain wasn't registered only 2 complains has been registered and than she told me that your amount rs 80650 will be released after 90 days but now 90 days is over than too they are not replying...
