We had initiated 2 prepaid couriers through bigship couriers where we chose amazon logistic as the courier partner stated in Bigship portal.
One parcel(AWB[protected] invoice 5k) got stolen and the second parcel(AWB[protected] invoice 4.5k including shipping charge ) was exchanged with other contents. We have shared the footage of packaging and delivered goods both to bigship email id. We have been following up since a week now but we have not got any support apart from seeking more time. We have catered to all the queries .
Both the orders were B2B orders and we have ruined our reputation with our 5-7years old client whom we have lost this festive season. We sincerely seek you to intervene and help us with claim/our original stock both. I have also written email to Mr. Ankkit the founder but have not received any revert.
We are a MSME startup and cannot afford such losses. Please help us to speedup the process of recovery. Was this information helpful? |
