Bigsop.com — Fraud e-comerce site... still not received galaxy S4

I have participated in a survey on 13/06/2014, and i thought that i had received a samsung galaxy S4 for participating in the survey. Later on i realized that is a lucky draw cum Bigsop contest and paid 799 for That!!! In that i have been given Points to purchase Bigsop products. But i dont want to purchase any product, and want my cash back for my amount i can't access my login account and when i choose to forgot password there no email or massage sent by company and also they customer care are not receiving any phone call on which no.
