I Bh.V.V.S.Prasad Rao ([protected]) hereby submit that M/s.Bigshop firm has announced that I am a lucky winner for receiving the samsung galaxy note3 9000wi on very lowest payment basis for Rs.499/-. Accordingly I had paid the amount duly used my debit card through online payment system and got the order acceptance bearing No.91739432 on 27.9.14. The firm was not mentioned the status of delivery or any other communication regarding the dispatch position in spite of repeated telephone contacts and e-mails no response on 28.9.14. I waited upto 10 days i.e., 08.10.14 but still no response from M/s.Bigsop. In view of the above circumstances, I hereby once again request you to maintain good business relationship with the onlinecustomers and keep your trust and faith on it. In case you are not able to supply my ordered item or refund back my advance amount of 499/- there is no option for me but to proceed through court of law. Please acknowledge the receipt.
