Hi, While I was browsing through a portal was re-directed to a online survey link which asked a few questions and announced the winning prize. I was asked to pay Rs.599 along with the address details to have the prize couriered. I paid the amount online through my debit card and after that was re-directed to BigSop.com website. Got an auto-generated email stating that some contest results have been announced and some credit points have been credited to your account. I sent an email stating I don't want to participate in this contest neither need the credit points. Then how come after selecting got an email with the order no which stated that will be delivered within 4-5 working days. For the amount of Rs.599 paid k Kindly replace Heart X white dial wrist watch with Philips She3500rd/00 Headphone(black & Red) which costs Rs. 589 and deliver it asap. There was no response even after trying to call the no in the website. Finally after a week Received Philips She3500rd/00 Headphone(black & Red) which says it costs Rs.589 in the bigsop website under headphones section but when seen on the backside of the product its clearly mentioned maximum retail price as Rs.499 (inclusive of all taxes). They have charged extra Rs.90+shipping charges of Rs.80 which totally costs Rs.669. Not sure if this is the way they cheat people through online shopping. I had replied stating would like to return back the product as it is and get me the ear phones of actual price of Rs.589. But till now there is no reply.
