Bigtv — Deduction o[censored]nnecessary money from my account

Hi, I launched a complain to BIGTV CUSTOMER CARE. Customer Complaint Number: [protected], and i had my talk with Ripender Kaur. The complaint executive came on 7th Sept. 2014 and he said there is problem to my adapter but he said he is not having adapter so i can purchase it from local shop and change it. He informed the same to his manager infront of me that he is not having adapter and so he is not changing the same. on the same day i recharged my a/c with 400 Rs. On 14th my BIGTV was showing that there is no money to my a/c, i called customer care and he said you don't have any balance so recharge it (very much arrogantly) so when i said i recharged it on 7th so how come it is showing zero balance so he said they deducted 300 Rs for adapter (again very arrogantly) and said it will take 3 days to verify the issue. I said because of you why i should suffer for 3 day he said he don't know it will take this much of time only to verify. I asked how come they have deducted 300Rs. so he said as per their information his complaint executive has changed the adapter and so money is deducted. I then called the executive then he said that i have not informed that i have taken adapter from the company or the money or have given that you have purchased the same. He gave me his manager number and when i have spoken to him he said that complaint executive has taken adapter from me and why you have not informed me that i have not taken it. I replied he informed you on the same day same time that he is not having adapter and also why i should inform you. He said we have terminated that executive but he has taken adapter from me so i don't know. He said he will talk to him and then let me know. I don't know where my 300Rs has gone.
