From last 2 months (From april 2018), we are getting error 400 error with bigtv dish. Whenever we call call center they provide same response as "the error is due to technical issue and it would be resolved in 72 hours. We have called them multiple times after regular interval of 72 hours and have received the same response everytime. Recently we had recharged for 950 rupees and we don't find any information on refund. Please resolve the issue asap or provide refund. Was this information helpful? |
