[Resolved]  Bihar Police Department — Delay in submitting of police verification report for issuing of my passport.

I have applied a Passport for reissuing on 27 May 2016 at Rpo Patna & till today police verification report showing pending even my Police verification carried out on 16 June 2016 at Narhat thana under Nawada District but till Police verification report is pending. When I visit SP office Nawada District for enquiry about Police verification report a staff who is sitting in office asked 5000 RS for submitted a Police verification report other wise he told me police verification report keep in hold( pending). I am seafarer & working in good company Mitsubishi Pvt Lmt. Japan.My joining is pending due to delay in reissuing of passport. I am now unemployee & Jobless.I don't how long took to submit police verification report by police department. What is timeframe for complete a police verification report for reissuing of passport by Bihar government.

Kindly do needful for me on urgent basis.
